We want to talk to you. And we want you to talk to us. Which is a nice start provided you can understand what we are saying.

Lawyers are no different to doctors, architects, public servants and tradies. We all have our own language that we use every day. You see it everywhere. In the paperwork from your bank. From your insurance company. From your superannuation fund. Forests of it which eventually wears you down.

We don’t want to make your world even more complicated. We aim to keep your world in the real world. Where you know what’s going on.

To do that we will talk to you in Plain English.  You will be the sole judge of our success. And if we fail then tell us. Talk to us. And we will make sure we don’t fail the second time around.
